9. What is a QRUR? How do I get it? a. Quality and Resource Use Reports (QRURs) have been provided to physicians to assess their performance related to quality and cost in Medicare’s Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) and Value-Based Payment Modifier (VM) program. According to CMS, you can access a QRUR on behalf of a group or solo practitioner here. QRURs are provided for each Medicare-enrolled Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). You or one person from your group will need to obtain an Enterprise Identity Data Management (EIDM) account with the correct role first.
